COVID-19 Safety Protocols
Revised August 4, 2022 and is subject to change
Bach Society of Saint Louis looks forward to our 2022-23 Concert Season.
We will follow all city, county, and CDC guidelines and will continually monitor COVID-19 developments in consultation with local leaders and medical consultants. We are committed to providing you with a safe and welcoming environment and encourage you to check our website for any updates prior to the performance. As protocols may change, we plan to include up-to-date information in all pre-concert email communications.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Audience Vaccinations: We no longer require proof of vaccination against COVID-19 or a negative pharmacy test for audiences attending our concerts or events. Please do not attend any performance or event if you test positive for COVID-19 within 10 days of said performance or event, if you are showing symptoms, or if you are awaiting COVID-19 test results.
Masks: Masks are optional.
Tickets: Tickets will only be issued electronically via email or held at will call for those who do not have an email address. Electronic tickets may be printed at home or presented on a cell phone upon entry into the venue. We will not mail paper tickets.
Liability: By purchasing or reserving a ticket to a concert, each audience member understands that they are aware of the dangers of contracting COVID-19 from other individuals and are personally responsible for independently assessing the risks of attending a Bach Society of Saint Louis Concert.
Health and Wellness: Please do not attend the concert if you are feeling unwell or exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19.
Programs: A small number of printed programs will be available at the concert and we encourage patrons to view our programs digitally.
